  • 7 grams gelatine (/4g vegegel)

  • 11 grams yeast (easy bake, I used Allinsons)

  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
  • 370 grams warm water (at 46 C/115 F)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
