- 110 grams tangzhong (half the tangzhong you made)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (cut into small pieces, softened at room temperature)
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 9 candy melts (white , or large white chocolate discs)
