  • 1 shallot (medium, thinly sliced, or 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion)
  • 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans (cooked, /chickpeas, I personally opt to sprout my chickpeas, OR a 15 oz can of chickpeas)
  • 2 cups greens
  • 5 oz. kale
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
