- 4 sweet potatoes (medium-sized organic, scrubbed well, pierced all over with a fork)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 shallot (medium, thinly sliced, or 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion)
- 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans (cooked, /chickpeas, I personally opt to sprout my chickpeas, OR a 15 oz can of chickpeas)
- 2 cups greens
- 5 oz. kale
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

- pepper
