- 1 cup black beans (cooked and drained)
- 5 green tomatoes (sliced)
- 10 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 3 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 2/3 cup cheese (Panela, or farmer’s cheese)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 avocado

Directions
- In a salad bowl mix nopal, beans, hot sauce, tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, onions, cheese, salt, and black pepper. Carefully mix all of the ingredients.
- Cut the avocado into thin slices and place it on top of the salad as decoration.
