- 1 fresh chili
- 2 tsp. paprika powder

- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 2 Tbsp. tomato purée
- 2 green peppers (or red)
- 1 cup buckwheat (190g ,groans)
- 2 carrots
- 3 celery sticks
- 1 cup walnuts (100g)
- 400 grams kidney beans (1 can)
- 400 grams chickpeas (1 can)
- 1,200 grams canned tomatoes (3 cans)
- 1 cup water (250g)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (120ml)
- 1/4 cup red wine (60ml)
- 1/2 dark chocolate (regular bar of 70 - 80%, about 60g)
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (optional)
- 6 Tbsp. yoghurt (or plant-based yoghurt)
