    This was wonderful. Just how i like my Mexican food, Quick & Easy.And to be honest, MUCH better than i had anticipated. I doubled the recipe because i like leftovers, and i wont have to cook the next day. Next time, green onions, diced 'maters & cilantro on top. Maybe 5 stars.
