    It turned out lovely and really tasty! But I made some changes by substituting molasses with honey and skipped the caraway seeds too coz its hard to find at the marts where I live. I baked it with a bread maker so this recipe is good for that too.

    perfect! by far the best pumpernickel I have ever tasted. I used all of the ingredients except the caraway seeds. I used a bread machine on the extra large whole wheat setting.
