Very juicy! Did everything the same (except a little less brown sugar) I LOVE brown sugar glaze on my ribs but my tummy is a bit more sensitive as I get a little older!) still very good!

Loved the flavour of the mustard and brown sugar rub, but even after removing the membrane, these did not fall off the bone.

Ribs turned out really well!! Meat so tender and fall off bone.. Family loved it!
