- 150 mL single cream (light cream ¼pt)

- 75 grams golden caster sugar

- 30 grams cornflour (corn starch 1¼oz)
- 20 grams butter (¾oz cut into cubes)
- 40 fresh raspberries (I used 6 per portion)
