My husband and I loved this! Very satisfying. I didn't have apple juice so sub'd pineapple juice. Also used fresh small creamer potatoes and cooked it all in an electric skillet very low heat 200° and the potatoes did not break down. Otherwise followed instructions exactly. Omitted caraway seed. Steaming the fat out of the brats was a great tip. Thanks for the recipe.
