Delicious..... thank you. I will definitely make it again. I added small carrots and small red potatoes.

Delicious! Didn't use the parsley (none in the cupboard) but I don't think it mattered. Found I didn't have to simmer it for as long as called for, either, but that could depend on the cuts of lamb used. Simple and different, this recipe is a keeper!
