- 3 oz. goat cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (or more if you like)
- 1 chicken breasts (large or two small, seasoned with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar)
