Couldn't believe my husband loved this! Really different; great meal in itself.

I added cherry tomatoes and spiralised carrot. Due to corona no eggs, so made it with linseed egg, milk and yoghurt. It was ok, not amazing as hbh usually is.

Very yummy mix of flavors. I didn’t have the ability to make sweet potato noodles so I just diced them instead (which increased cook time).
