I liked it. I was worried for a bit, but it just needed a little salt and to let the flavors blend a bit.

Quick and easy. I doubled the recipe, which made the broccoli and mushrooms take a little longer, but there were no other issues. Great weeknight meal.

So good! Added Parmesan cheese and it was delicious. Use whole wheat pasta to keep it healthy.

Delicious. I took a reviewers advice and added Parmesan cheese. I also had some left over baby spinach that I added, which didn’t take away from the flavour at all. I do think it would have been slightly bland without the Parmesan cheese, however.

A good meal for the family! The broccoli and mushrooms add much needed plant matter to a very carb heavy dish, as well as good texture and flavor.

Pretty good. Definitely a good meal for college students or when you’re parents are out and you can’t make a luxurious meal like your mother. It’s a good alternative :)

It came out tasting delicious. I add it 2 cups of rotisserie chicken and some heavy cream and my whole family loved it.😀

The idea was good, but to my family's taste it was a little bland and too much pesto, which made it greasy. We reached this conclusion even after adding a little crushed red pepper and serving with Parmesan.
