- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. dried basil (3 Tbsp. fresh basil, julienne cut, divided)
- pepper
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 4 slices muenster cheese
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices

Directions
- Gently mix ground beef, 2 tsp. dried basil and salt and pepper together. Shape into 4 4-ounce patties.
- Preheat grill or broiler. Grill or broil for 10-12 minutes, turning once. (Internal temperature of 160 degrees F.)
- While burgers are cooking, microwave frozen corn and season with salt and pepper.
- Two minutes before burgers reach desired temperature, place 1 slice cheese atop each burger.
- Mix remaining basil with mayonnaise. Spread basil mayonnaise on buns and assemble.with lettuce and tomato.
