This turned out pretty good for my first time! The guys loved it! I'll definitely be making more from the starter! Instead of waiting 4 hrs I'll be waiting 8 hrs next time to get it really sour. The 4 hours was a little subtle for my boyfriend.

It's worth the time and effort! My husband LOVES this bread. He's always asking me when I'm going to make the next batch. And it doesn't take long for my family to discuss who gets the last piece.
