- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (whole or ground into a fine meal so they're undetectable)
- 1/2 Tbsp. agave nectar (or maple syrup, or sub honey if not vegan)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 slices bread (I went with a sturdy rustic wheat bread, but also tried it with whole wheat sandwich bread and it worked well both ways)

Definitely tastes best with ground seeds. I used a flax seed, chia seed mix and they turned out great!

just make sure to press the bread a little when you cook and it wont be soggy

One of my pieces was vry soggy but i think that was my fault. next fime id definitely grind the chia seeds but only because i dont favor the texture

I probably soaked it too long in sand which bread but overall it comes out really good! I am a new vegan
