Turned out great! I did sauté the mushroom and onion before I mixed them in. I’ve made tuna casserole many times but this was a little different recipe for me. My family really liked the melted cheddar on top along with the chips.

Delicious and simple. The perfect weeknight meal! Will definitely make again. It is missing something that I can’t quite put my finger on, maybe will add some diced jalapeño next time.

I love this recipe it's a regular in our family, we use real mushrooms rather than canned and skip the potatoes chips but what a delicious easy meal!
