    I like this recipe but I did have to bake it for about 45 minutes instead of 30, as the recipe stated. I did add some onions & breakfast sausage along with fresh herbs. (That may be why it took longer to bake.) I also used almond milk instead of heavy cream, to make it lighter. I will definitely make this again. I love the recipe's simplicity. A lot of potential for multiple & different ingredients...

    I added bacon bits, red bell pepper, and mushrooms, no cheese. It was good! Very soft consistency
