    This was my first attempt ever at making homemade pasta salad. It was only okay until I added some Italian dressing to the mixture. I will probably see what other versions of pasta salad are out there before making this one again.

    I don't understand adding mayo to hot pasta and the recommendation to serve it immediately. Had to look up red capsicum. A simple "red pepper" would be useful. Salad is ok as written. I'm chilling it now. Bet it will be better when it's cold.
