Very good recipe I made up bowls with different toppings and let my nephews and nieces put what they wanted on their pizza it was a lot of fun

BEST. PIZZA DOUGH. EVER! I have made (and eaten) so many pizzas in my life and this dough is BY FAR the best out of all of them. 11/10 would reccomend. I waited until day 5 for the dough, rolled it out on a light sprinkle of grits and grilled it on medium for 4ish minutes. I took it out and placing the grilled side up, covered it in toppings. Then I put it back on the grill (uncooked side down, topping side up) and cooked it for a few more minutes until the bottom was cooked and the toppings were warmed. It was divine.
