Easy. Made 15 big balls. I added some dried dill, a mashed oregano leaf, some garlic, two slices of bread mashed instead of bread crumbs (?) and less onion. This is a valuable recipe to remember the basics.

Used organic ground beef only. 😋. Fried, until golden brown. I made spaghetti and used Paul Newman’s Marinara sauce, cook for 20 minutes with the meatballs. Delicious 😋

Simple but still tasty. I used a little tomato sauce mixed with the 2lbs ground beef and it’s makes the meatballs less dry. I keep them in the oven longer.

The meatballs turned out great! I only used 1 lb of meat and more salt & pepper and added garlic salt. I used 1/2 lb. of Italian Sausage and 1/2 lb of hamburger meat. Thank you, Yummly.

This is a good recipe for your basic meatball just as it title says. Like so many of the reviews adding a little of this & that, and less of anything you dont care for makes it a Great recipe, I omitted the pork and cut everything else but the beef by half threw in fresh parsley & grated parm. no leftovers that night.

my dog Loved these! I used minced onions, we didn't have fresh but still turned out great!

Loved these meatballs! My first time making meatballs ever they turned out great, just a little too many onions for me.

I thought after I had made them, they could do with more salt and I would add parsley...….I did add Italian Herbs and they were fantastic....they were moist in the middle and great...

Be sure to make sure your meatballs are 1 inch in diameter. I made them too big the first time and they were dry.

This was actually my first attempt at making homemade meatballs, and they were delicious and a big hit with my family, and will definitely be making them again:)

Great! Followed recipe exactly except had to use Italian sausage instead of regular because that was all that was at the store. Between these meatballs and my homemade spaghetti sauce this was a hit!

it was pretty good. used Italian bread crumbs to give it a little extra. I'll make it again
