This is my most Favorite “go to” meatball recipe. Basic, easy and always loved!

This is a great recipe for parties with the perfect amount of breadcrumbs to hold the meatballs together. When I'm just cooking for my family of 4, I double the size of the meatballs or else you'll be swimming in them. Highly recommend!

Very easy and tasty. I used minced dry onions and minced garlic also added basil and italian seasoning.

We really enjoyed these meatballs. I added minced garlic, fresh basil and oregano.

Absolutely amazing! My 9 year old daughter was able to make all on her own, and they turned our great!

I used garlic herb Panko bread crumbs, because that is what I had on hand. It was outstanding!
This recipe was so easy and so simple. I cooked my 1 inch meatballs for 11 minutes, perfect every time. Yumm!

Amazing!! I loved the sausage mixed in with the meatballs. I was looking at the reviews and lots were saying add more salt, so I added 3/4 of a teaspoon totally. I loved the recipe and will make this again for sure!

Very good and easy recipe, it definitely needs more salt because although the flavor was awesome, as it is is too bland

Loved these and they were super easy! Made the recipe exact, except for a little Italian seasoning. Will definitely make them again!

I used half a pound of bacon (uncooked) instead of pork sausagte chopped it up and mixed it with the burger. The meatballs came out juicy and delicious! absolutely nummy!

I added basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, and garlic powder to make a great Italian-style meatball. They came out great! Also had to halve the recipe because 72 meatballs was a bit much.

Came out good, used sweet Italian sausage, Italian bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of Parmesan grated cheese. I made 12 large meatballs then browned the rest of the meat and threw it in the sauce.

Adding Parmesan cheese, a 1/4 cup, added flavor. Also, mix needs a little more salt. This is the first time I’ve ever baked meatballs, and the flavor was a cross between a seasoned hamburger and a bland meatloaf. I will definitely season it up next time, but my boys still liked them!

This is a great jumping off point for amazing meatballs! All the ingredients were perfectly portioned and the meatballs were super juicy. I did add in a bunch of seasonings though. Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregeno, basil, parsely... and maybe a few more. But they turned out amazing! Will make these again!

Very easy to make. I would make again and try one of the recipe modifications

Easy. Made 15 big balls. I added some dried dill, a mashed oregano leaf, some garlic, two slices of bread mashed instead of bread crumbs (?) and less onion. This is a valuable recipe to remember the basics.

Used organic ground beef only. 😋. Fried, until golden brown. I made spaghetti and used Paul Newman’s Marinara sauce, cook for 20 minutes with the meatballs. Delicious 😋

Simple but still tasty. I used a little tomato sauce mixed with the 2lbs ground beef and it’s makes the meatballs less dry. I keep them in the oven longer.

The meatballs turned out great! I only used 1 lb of meat and more salt & pepper and added garlic salt. I used 1/2 lb. of Italian Sausage and 1/2 lb of hamburger meat. Thank you, Yummly.

This is a good recipe for your basic meatball just as it title says. Like so many of the reviews adding a little of this & that, and less of anything you dont care for makes it a Great recipe, I omitted the pork and cut everything else but the beef by half threw in fresh parsley & grated parm. no leftovers that night.
