    This was my first time making polenta and I don’t know what I did wrong, but I found that 1 cup of polenta was not enough for 4 cups of broth. I ended up using the entire package of polenta and still came out like soupy grits! The flavor was good, but very soupy and took way longer than 30 minutes. I am disappointed ☹️.

    New favorite side dish. Creamy and flavorful . Don't forget to use the low-sodium broth because the cheese adds a large amount of salt so much so no additional seasoning was needed .
