I've never made bread before. This was easy and so yummy! The tutorial was very helpful in understanding how things should look and what you should look for. For example, the more you kneed the dough, the more chewy it'll be, less kneeding will be like a flacky biscuit. I would usually over kneed, I'm sure, but this kept it short for me. The bread is a very good consistency for me!
