First time ever making these. They tasted fantastic but I didn't have proper feet and some were hollow but I think that was my fault, not the recipe. Looking forward to trying again and getting some of the more technical areas right. Really clear recipe to follow and tasty results at the end. From what I've read in other recipes, not sure if it is necessary to wait 24 hours before filling but as this worked I will carry on doing it this way. Other recipes mention aging the eggs so this may be a future modification.
