Amazing! I sautéed some mushrooms and bell peppers ( separately) as an option to add. Absolutely delicious!

Made the classic version (cooking sherry, soy sauce, garlic and onion. Used beef broth instead of water. The meat was delicious and the jus was to die for. Kids and husband gobbled it up. Will definitely make again.
