Love it!! It was super easy to make, and I'm HORRIBLY at cooking. The only thing I will say is, don't "Grease the pan with oil!" It mixed really wrong with the dough, and it messed the next few crepes up, I would say either use a nonstick pan, or butter! And I got about 10 1/2 crepes out of this recipe, and once those were folded they were a little small, but I imagine they are really filling if you put a lot of stuff in!
