Delicious! I cut the recipe in half for Shrove Tuesday, and made both savory and sweet crêpes: I got eat from the divided recipe. I may try to find a way to make them a bit later than next time, but they tasted really good.

Was very nice! I put less milk (non fat about 350 mL only) and reduced the amount of eggs to 2 , and the butter to 4 tsp. Worked out well for me.
Did it again following to the letter , it exactly makes 16 crepes as mentioned!

It was really good, followed someone's advice and only put 4 tablespoons of butter.

A bit too much butter in this recipe, and unfortunately the texture and taste wasn’t what I was looking for. I was really hoping to recreate the crepes from crepe carts dotted around Paris.

I liked this recipe, and even “reducing” it works well. The taste is great and I have used it for sweet and savory recipes. However, I do use less butter, because the 6 tablespoons were too much and left them greasy. I recommend using 4, i you don’t like a grease crepe.

Delicious and so easy! I was nervous about flipping but it worked out just fine! We froze the extras and reheated as we wanted them and they tasted fresh when we ate them.

I didn't make any changes to the recipe and I served it with a hazelnut spread. They turned out yummy!
This was the first time I made crêpes. But I'm rating 3 stars because I don't have a point of comparison.

Awesome. Simple easy. Used about 3 TBSP of veg oil as I forgot to mix it all with the blender and just whisked it in.

Delicious! I'm thrilled to know how to whip these up now and was very happy to learn that it's so quick and easy. My son is the happiest of all, and it's something we now enjoy doing together instead of buying them.

Go to crêpe recipe! We make this often for breakfast. It is a great recipe that feeds our family of three with a few extra for snacks later. We love them with lemon & powdered sugar 🍋 🥞
It’s simple and delicious.

I had fun with this. We got creative with our fillings. Rolled up some peanut butter, honey, jelly, cinnamon, brown sugar. Simple and easy.
