Easy, quick crepes. Whizzed up in my vitamix, and 1/4 c scoop made 9 crepes. Just right for my family (2 adults, 2 kids).

Easy recipe to make, crepes turned out fine. Not a lot of flavor on their own but dressed up with fruit and whipped cream, they were perfect.

I cant believe how delicate the crepes turned out!! Crepes are my number one desert (I eat crepes for breakfast, lunch dinner and supper!) this is my favorite recipe! So simple So Delicious!! The only thing that made me sad I was able to make only 10 crepes. Not enough, not enough. Sending love to the genius that posted this recipe!

needed to add more water and milk so they were less thick but otherwise this is a classic recipe

I think you have a typo and mean 1/4 cup batter and not butter. Also, serves 15.....one is a serving or does it make 30 and two are a serving, please?

Quick and easy, but with a very bland taste. I would make this recipe again.

These were very easy to make. The recipe was easy to follow and they came out great since I have never made them before. Served with a sprinkle of sugar and some syrup. Would be good with fruit in the middle.

Awesome recipe. I like savory crepes, so I left out the vanilla. Just make sure the skillet is really hot before you pour in the crepes, and do put in the full 1/4 cup.
