I had to make substitutions, so my issues my mess. I only had whole milk so I added extra unsalted butter for fat. I also added garlic powder and onion powder with the salt and pepper for extra flavor. It was a hit, and I poured it over a pan over sautéed crab meat and lightly steamed broccoli with penne pasta. I just needed fresh spinach to top!

good basic cream sauce but added the garlic, onion powder, and italian seasonings to ramp up the flavor. also added parmesan cheese. worked well with pasta and chicken.
