It was good I used ingredients from a Japanese supermarket and when I made it I actually made a mistake and mixed the milk directly into the flour baking soda powder mixture and it reacted! Not sure how that affects it but the biscuits didn’t rise like I wanted! Next time I’ll follow the steps!

Wonderful. Loved the idea to freeze and grate the butter! I only did about 10 min in the freezer but worked really well.

Came out great! Use this recipe all the time. Mostly as the biscuits in my chicken and dumplings recipe 😊 love them!

I'm not much of a baker. I have little patience for it. This was the first time I have ever made biscuits from scratch, and wow! Thank you for making it so easy and they came out perfectly! i may rethink this baking thing after all.

Solid and easy biscuit recipe. Mine never puff up like in the photos but are otherwise great.

recipe turned out decent, needed a bit more flour than suggested, was just tooo wet without it

Good! I did brush the tops with butter before baking to add colour, but was a little disappointed when they didn't rise very much! They were still moist on the inside, but not as fluffy as I hoped either. I like pulling the biscuits apart, but they were not thick enough for that! I may try increasing the b. soda perhap. Will advise!!!! Maybe I overcooked them... 14 minutes might be too much for these little guys.

Excellent! I cooked them for about 12 minutes. I watched them until they started to golden. So good!

Easy to make. I like the fact that you don't have to have buttermilk for this recipe. I've made these several times and they've been great each time!

It’s been a long arduous journey in my quest to find biscuits that I can make correctly. This recipe is the perfect example of a simple easy to follow biscuit recipe perfect for biscuits and gravy. I will make these again.
