- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 2 granny smith apples (large, cored,peeled and diced)
- 3/4 cup raisins (seedless)
- 125 grams butter (melted & cooled)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- cinnamon sugar

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180c. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases.
- Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. Stir in brown sugar, apples and raisins until well combined.
- Whisk together the melted butter, milk and eggs until well combined.
