A nice simple quiche. It’s very plain. Add seasonings to the egg and milk mixture for a little more interest. Nutmeg is an unusually great choice. Use a deep dish pie crust if you want to add meat, vegetables and shredded cheese. This recipe as is makes a simple basic quiche.
