I made this last night and it was delicious. Never ate barramundi before, what a nice surprise. The sauce is outstanding. Serve over rice. Will definitely make this again.

the sauce made the dish. i even made more and combined with quinoa. very good

This is a fantastic recipe. Made it for my family and they all loved it. The sweetness of the sauce doesn't overwhelm the fish and overall the dish is somehow both light and filling. Easy to make, and goes well over a bed of rice or couscous. I will definitely be making this again!
