It’s very good, but seems to be missing something flavor wise. Some suggested changes I plan on making next time are:
1. Adding white wine after the mushrooms are done, but before the tomatoes.
2. Adding more tomatoes and/or a bit of home made salsa
3. Adding another variety of mushroom maybe
4. Making sure to have more than 4 cups of veggie broth on hand.

It was good. I used Brown rice because I did not have barley but worked out well. The flavor was just right

It was okay. It was bland and seemed to be missing something. I wont make again.
