This recipe is easy and fairly quick. I thought there was a little too much pesto, but could be because I got sidetracked and the shrimp marinaded for 2 hours rather than 20 minutes. I was a little confused with the yellow squash listed at the very end. Was I supposed to use a zucchini and yello squash or one or the other? I used only the zucchini and thought it turned out fine. I will be making it again.
