- 1 Tbsp. garlic (chopped)

- pepper
- 1/4 cup thyme (fresh, chopped)
- 12 oz. pork tenderloin (1" pieces)
- 1 tsp. garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions
- 1. Steam oysters in white wine until firm
- 2. Trim and cut pork into 1-inch pieces
