- 100 grams whisky
- 250 grams tomato sauce
- 50 grams lemon juice
- 100 grams sherry vinegar
- 80 grams honey
- 15 grams cane syrup
- 70 grams worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
- Mince the onion and saute in the oil until soft. Add the paprika and stir.
- Add the whiskey, tomato sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, cane syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
- Puree in a blender until smooth and return to the pan. Cook for 20-25 minutes, until thickened.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
