The seitan recipe is easy to make and delicious! I love listening to these ribz sizzle on a hot summer’s day! They were delicious. Thank you!

Sad to say, but this fake bbq just was a disappointment. This is my third attempt at making Seitan and I’m throwing in the towel. It looked and smelled tasty, and my husband said it was good, but I can’t get past the texture that wasn’t quite right, nor the seasonings. The seitan is also very heavy and I feel as though it’s just sitting in my stomach like a big rock.

Delicious!! Even better than the store bought vegetarian bbq riblets which are pretty good. This recipe makes twice as much and is cheaper to make.

Didn't turn out exactly as expected but the taste didn't disappoint!! Watch carefully when BBQ'g so it doesn't burn and then enjoy! Love this and will be making more tomorrow!

The picture doesn't do this dish justice. I have tried 3 different vegan rib recipes here and this one is made at least every other week in our home. Love it!
