The recipe was very easy to follow and the was delicious. I made the barbecue pulled jackfruit for a few friends for dinner and it was a hit!

Made a sugar free BBQ sauce with liquid smoke . Rest of recipe as is. Fabulous !

This was awesome. I have never had Jackfruit and they are right, just like a pork sandwich. Will definitely make again.
