- 4 New York pork chops (top loin, 3/4-inch thick)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and brown chops about 1 minute on each side. Add remaining ingredients to pan, stirring to blend. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
- Serves 4.

It was so bad hahaha that’s what I get for trying a recipe that doesn’t even have you add salt and pepper to the meat. I tried to keep telling myself it tastes like Chinese sweet and sour pork and even that didn’t save me.

It was very good, family liked it, I’ll be making it for the second time tonight!! It’s tasty for the few ingredients in it, it’s also quick & easy to make!!

Did not turn out as expected, had good flavor but more sauce in general would be better. If I made it again would change things up a bit.

Rly liked this recipe, very simple amd easy to make, tasted awesome 👌 I made I bit more sauce, however, to pour over mashed potatoes.
