Description

- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (medium, cut into strips.)
- 1/2 chile pepper (chipotle, marinated rough chopped)
- jalapeno peppers (chopped)

Directions
- Add tomato sauce, vinegar, honey, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and onion powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the chicken and peppers and mix well, coating the chicken pieces completely.
- Place the pot on the stove and cook on medium-low heat for 25 minutes. Cook until the chicken becomes softened.
- Remove the chicken from the pot. Allow it to cool off, and then shred it.
- Place the shredded chicken into the pot and cook it until the sauce begins to boil. Serve warm in tacos, as sandwiches, or by itself.
