It was good. Something a little different than ussually. I didn’t have the Bangkok Spice so I just added the spices together to make my own version at home.

I thought the recipe was pretty good. My only complaint is that when I read the recipe ingredients it didn't list the Penzy's Bangkok blend spice that goes on the chicken so I didn't pick it or something similar up while I was at the market. I doubled the recipe, spiced the chicken simply with salt and pepper and added mushrooms that I had to use up. It was an easy menu to cook, tasted great, and even after doubling it I had a meal that was roughly 500 calories! When I make it again (and I will), I think I'll add cashews and maybe a little serrano pepper to spice it up a bit.
