- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (I used Sriracha)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)

My boys love this chicken. I make double the sauce and it disappears in 5 minutes.

Delicious. Word of warning, you will dirty the heck out of your kitchen and this makes a ton.

Not bad here. A bit of work with frying chicken, but some unique flavors. My wife didn't love the sauce, but I thought it was pretty good.

🔥🔥🔥 not bad I would add my own seasoning to the chicken first. Other than that, BANG BANG!!

Great recipe, really loved it. I did think it would be spicier, but i used Cholula hot sauce, so maybe it would have had more of a kick with a different sauce. I would say make sure to cut them into 1 inch chunks so that you have a better balance with the batter and the chicken. I tried to use 4 chicken breasts as instructed, but i ran out of batter after 3 breasts. The sauce to put over the chicken was delicious, depending on what you eat the chicken with, i recommend making 2-3 times the amount of sauce ( i made it with rice, so it was nice to mix the sauce in). I will definitely make this again.
