- 200 grams whipped cream
- 40 grams sugar
- agar agar (/gelatine)

Directions
- Destroy the banana using a blender, or if it's really ripe, just a fork.
- Whip roughly 150 g of the whipped cream with 20 g of sugar.
- Gently mix the whipped cream with the banana puree, without letting out too mucht air.
