- 1/4 cup raw honey (or Agave)
- 2 cups rolled oats (I used 1 c. thick-cut oats and 1 c. rye oats)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (Pink Himalayan)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (or just use another cup of oats)
- 1/2 cup dried dates (Pitted, Chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional–I omitted just because)
