To begin with, I am not a baker. For some reason cakes fall flat sweet or not sweet. Just not up my alley. However these muffins came out great! I’ve substituted white sugar for honey, sweet enough taste delicious all was good!

The muffins came out nice, but not quite sweet enough for my taste. Next time I’ll add a bit more sugar or honey

Followed the recipe to the bone but added a little chia and flaxseed, and baked for 15 mins, and they came out beautifully! They're very light fluffy not at all sweet, perfect for a quick breakfast bite or snack. The kind of snack you did mind Indulging in more than 1 because they taste so healthy! My 1 year old loves them too.
