This tropical inspired cake is super moist and delicious. Lime and banana make a great pair to flavor this simple cake. - salt
- 180 grams muscovado sugar (if not available, use brown sugar)
- 1 egg
- 150 grams low fat cream cheese
- 1 mashed banana (drizzled with lime)
- 1 lime zest (and juice)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Make a well in the center and pour the egg and cream cheese. Mix and add the mashed banana drizzled with the lime juice and half of the lemon zest.
