  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt (Alpro plain, or any other low fat yoghurt)
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

    Very good smoothie. I did two small changes I replaced the oat by almond flour and the honey by Skinny Syrups coconut flavour.
