Great low-cal breakfast. Satisfying and tasty. I’m making a pumpkin spice version next by subbing pumpkin for the zucchini.

I really liked. Not sweet. Perfect with plain yogurt. This has become my go to for early morning workouts. This muffin and a cup of coffee, and I’m ready to go!

so good!! i passed on the maple syrup and used honey almond butter and still came out awesome!!
